1.) information blog: www.foia.blogspot.com . This website is run by a non-profit organization working to improve public access to official information and ensure that the Freedom of Information Act is implemented effectively.
2.) vanity blog: www.parishiltonlookalike.com/blog . This blog is about a girl named Natalie Reid who obviously is a Paris Hilton impersonater. It shows pictures of her and talks about her "celebrity" appearances.
I think blogging supports both of these types of journalism because blogging enables the reader to gain specific information rather than in print media. A good information blog should be informative but not biased. A good vanity blog is really just information on the person the blog is about. I suppose there are some people who will find that interesting.
The information did support my thesis. I rate it a 4.

These two sites are really interesting. It was a good idea to choose someone in the spotlight to use as a vanity site because that is primarily the focus point in their lives. They sell a self-image and portray that by using trendy spots to share all of the latest news and tips to influence their fan base.
